Hi there - I am based in Australia and I am 15. I am allowed to play the game as it is rated MA+ in Australia. It will not let me activate the code for the pre-order bonus. I have tried logging this through Ubisoft.com help but they reported that I can not use the code as I am not 18? I am hoping this question is going to an Australian support help desk who can then tell me why I cannot activate it - as above I am 15 and are legally allowed to play the game here in Australia. Please advise - thanks in advance - the support chat was down hence why I am logging this here.
