I've encountered an issue basically from my whole playtime of the game where looking around using the mouse does not feel smooth and leads to motion sickness even with FOV at maximum. I have a 3060ti and a Ryzen 5 5600X and get FPS ranging from 80 in large bases to 120 most of the time on high settings. I also have all the accessiblity settings for motion blur turned off but they have no effect. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help diagnose or fix this problem.
@flyguy446 Unfortunately I've tried that and its still persistent. I found out that other people have the same issue on reddit where the FPS looks much less than is reported on counters which leads to the strange FOV/ Motion blur issue.
@lidi_melo Did you manage to fix it with that?
I have an issue with my game where despite running it at high FPS there is a slight stutter when moving the camera which creates a sort of motion blur effect even when I have all those functions off.
@ubisushivamp Everything in the quality section is ultra except for water which is high (the issue doesn't change even if its on low). For some reason it seems to happen more often when FPS is lower than around 100.

I launched my game today after having no issues (outside of the motion blur issue I've posted before) to see the menu and some hud elements much larger than they should be and over the entirety of my screen. I have verified game cache to no avail. The image below shows what my game looks like now. The 3 black lines in the top right are there in loading screens as well as the map and main menu as well.
Not sure what is causing this but looking around with the mouse when under a set FPS (usually around 100) leads to a loss of focus of the image. It only happens in Far Cry 6 and I have had other people take a look at it and they see it too. I have a 3060ti and a Ryzen 5 5600x so I should have no problem running the game, yet it is clear that some sort of motion blur or choppiness when moving the mouse is causing some sort of issue that leads to a loss of focus or motion sickness. I went back to Far Cry 5 and it seemed completely clear over there.
This video shows it (although its difficult to see due to the quality and will try to upload a better one).
