Yesterday i bought Assasin's Creed: Odyssey Ultimate Edition, purchase failed the first time, tried the second time and it worked, later on i see that my credit card was charged twice. Can i get a refund for my first purchase?

Today i have bought Assasin's Creed Odyssey: Ultimate Edition, however it cost me twice the price, the first time i bought it said that the purchase failed, tried again and it worked, later on i see that my credit card was charged twice, but it says in My Order's that i only bought it once. Can i have a refund for the first purchase?
