This latest trash update claims to have fixed the crashing issue but all it did for me was make the game crash and quit to desktop instead of just hanging/freezing until I force close it. Absolutely useless whoever had the nerve to say it's been fixed, seems like they just picked that topic out of the update raffle and claimed they fixed the long running issue.
I've also noticed they're still too lazy to fix skill bugs etc. that have been present for over a year;
I'm sure the list is a lot longer than this but this is my main few issues I have.
I play quite a few games and this is the only game developer that seems to have bugs persistent for years at a time and also re-introduce old bugs when they "fix" something else. After nearly 200hrs between Far Cry 5, New Dawn and Far Cry 6 I have only suffered a handful of crashes with the same background programs running when I run Division 2. Division 2 dev's seem to have no idea how to fix bugs including ones they implement and it's getting pretty ridiculous. They're always quick to act if there's a bug/glitch that allows players have some fun for a while and also enjoy punishing people for they're incompetence. When it comes to mostly game breaking bugs they just pretend like it's always the players fault blaming hardware and other software.
I'll still keep playing Division 2 unfortunately because of the originality and variety in the game however, I'm sick of them ignoring everything wrong in the game and focusing on pointless crap like the new mastery level boring grinding for minimal reward. That time spent coming up with that useless addition could have been spent fixing the game that many of us want to keep playing but have to put up with junk that should've been patched months ago.
@ubi-viral I will get some videos one day when the game doesn't crash every 5mins... All you have to do is play some general/legendary missions yourself and you'll encounter just about everything I've mentioned!
The White Tusk mini gunner hive is easy to produce the wall issue by playing any legendary and hiding behind a wall, Capitol is best when you get to the pool/bar room. Summit is also good for this when you hide against a wall and the gunner is in the next room.
Red and purple enemies are wiping my full blue build Bulwark shield within a few seconds also in legendary missions, they drop it faster than elites...
The sniper turret bug is easy to produce by just playing the game when it's raining. I don't know if it's just me or not but just about every time I equip the sniper turret outdoors it starts raining within 30 seconds to a minute.
The Hyena RC car bomb and other enemy grenades is easy to produce getting hit through a concrete wall by simply playing a mission with Hyenas and Outcasts.
Elite snipers can one shot kill while on fire and reds/purples are 2-3 shots whilst on fire, range doesn't affect this happening.
The artillery turret bug has been present for me for over a year, many people including randoms I play with encounter this during general game play.
The seeker mine issue with them rolling is easy to produce by simply playing the game and using seekers, I have noticed this is more common in legendary missions and with elites in other missions. I can simply hit them with the artillery turret once they roll but I'd like my seekers to actually register the hit since they do 5-8mil damage and it took me months to farm gear to get the damage so high. It's frustrating watching them roll after the seeker has clearly hit them but because they thought about rolling, that's enough to count as a miss...
As for the Hyenas throwing shock grenades, this came into effect earlier this year from what I can recall and it's the assault gunners who shoot sideways that now throw them, I'd never seen them toss a shock grenade previously.
The armour directive is the directive that causes a broken armour bar after each 100% armour loss and you're meant to be able to gain it back after using a med kit, the med kit often does nothing.
Mini tanks doing ridiculous speeds is easy to produce at the final stage of Roosevelt legendary and Capitol in the underground car park. Not really a game breaker just annoying considering an elite mini tank takes about 3 seconds to heal to full from 1% health.
The elite White Tusk drone instant res is easy to produce by playing any legendary including Summit.
Blanked out skills happens often when playing with groups, other players skills show as a vacant slot and mine appear greyed out and unusable.
Weapon attachment bug is when I change loadouts and it is any weapon and any mod. I often get my Nemesis scope on my pistol, once again not a game breaker but it's been present for months.
I can't really record most of this because I can't play the game long enough without persistent crashes. As I mentioned above the developers and Ubisoft just need to play the game for a few hours especially legendary missions and you should encounter most of what I have/am a lot of the time.
