@ubi-spacecats No, it doesn't happen during a specific region or mission, it's completely random. I bought the game 2 days ago. This problem has been going on ever since, but it wasn't that annoying, now it's really starting to undermine all my enjoyment of the game. Putting a video link about issue.

Solution: A few game files like "DataPC_ACK_Jotunheim_gi.forge" belonged to the old version, I deleted them one by one by looking at their "dates", it took me about half an hour but I was able to log in to the game and also I have no idea how these files were downloaded even though I installed the game for the first time, even though I verified the files! ..Ouch ubi...

Hello, My problem is not when the game starts, the game opens, but when I click new game it crashes on the loading screen. I downloaded the game yesterday after purchasing it and tried to play it, whenever I want to open a new game, the game crashes after a few seconds. but benchmark works and i am gettin 50 - 55 fps on high presets so yeah, I just installed the game completely, I verified the files, my drivers are up to date, everything is clean, I looked at the solutions mentioned in the forums, it doesn't work, I just bought it and I couldn't play even once. If you tell me where is the crash log file (if there is) i will send it to you cuz i just want to play!
