

@heldendaad dont worry ordered and received collectors edition through ubisoft store itself and am also still waiting for the email containing the berserker mission code for ps4. Have an open ticket with support. Last time with ac odyssey i had the same issue with blind king mission called support in holland and same day received a mail with the code. Now with covid it seems you can contact them only through ticket/email so dont know how long this will take
Think its not platform related playing on ps4 and having the same problem of not having a single encounter yet and allready around 40 hours in
Had the same problem wit odyssey preorder bonus code and now with valhalla all over again. One should expect that they learn from the past but hey its ubisoft right?
@griggsy1979 last time with odyssey i called support in belgium/holland directly and they said they had to investigate but within a day i received an email with a code. Now that was with odyssey and pre covid times, now in covid time it seems you contact them only through ticket/ online chat
