

When attempting to leave a matchmaking queue (currently tested in Quick Match as I haven't unlocked Ranked/Surprise matches yet), the indicator will be stuck on "Cancelling" and I'm unable to requeue for any other match type.
I was stuck in the Quick Match queue for over 10 minutes at one point so I attempted to cancel and requeue. That's when I discovered this issue. After quitting and relaunching the game, I tried queuing and cancelling again and got the same result (I'd left it for over 15 minutes and it still said "Cancelling").
The cross-play toggle detailed in the Cross-play in Roller Champions support article is missing on the Xbox version. Not sure if this is intentional or if it's a bug. Also not sure if it means cross-play is non-functional on Xbox.
Ubisoft Connect on multiple platforms (Xbox, mobile, PC) says that the "Blitz" time limited challenge in Roller Champions is completed but the only platform I can attempt to claim the rewards for that challenge on is PC. Unfortunately, every time I attempt to do so, I get a "We were unable to complete that action at this time. Please try again later" error.
Is there a problem with the challenge?
There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason behind the crashes that I can tell. The first time I encountered a crash was when trying to load into my first Quick Play match. The second time was after I'd played a few matches. They were both on the loading screen which is the only commonality I can find.
At times, when loading into matches, the game will freeze on the loading screen and then crash back to the dashboard.
I'm playing on an Xbox One X.
I would also suggest submitting a false positive report to ESET so that they can take action.

If your antivirus is detecting game files as a virus, I also highly suggest filing a false positive report with your antivirus provider.

@ubi-borealis I'll add my own feedback that this is not ideal behaviour for people who want to introduce their friends to the game (which will generally involve partying up with said friends).

@blakemore2696 Currently, cross platform parties are not supported. This feature is being worked on though.
I can generally get 2 or 3 games in before matchmaking times go out the window (20+ minutes). Playing on Xbox One X.

@ubi-oxavo My post was about the game being stuck on "Cancelling" when attempting to cancel out of a matchmaking queue. The overly long matchmaking time I mentioned is, to my knowledge, seperate to that.
In case the two issues are related though, here are my responses.
