Same problem here started on One X and I hoped it'd go away when I receive my Series X... I received it and launched the game... I'm stuck in the exact same situation... Cannot talk to Udda... Completely stuck in the game, please find a fix...
@dark-coco It was not listed in their "Acknowledged bugs" post of yesterday but they may see this thread if more people like and comment the first post
@apsalara84 Oh you're playing on PlayStation! I thought it was a Xbox only issue! Problem is actually bigger than I thought, Ubisoft really should look into it...

@apsalara84 That would be a good fix for numerous quest problems I think
So the issue as been acknowledged by Ubisoft on another thread so we might see a fix soon!

Everyone that has this problem should go and like massively the first post so that it has more visibility for Ubisoft teams to find a fix.

@dark-coco They actually added a lot of quests in the "known issues" post even if they haven't looked into most of them so that's better than before I think
So the issue as been acknowledged by Ubisoft on another thread so we might see a fix soon!
