@banan1996-1996 Thanks! I have done those things... except for the new game, I finally made it to unlocking Investors, etc and hate the thought of abandoning it!!

Terrible performance - freezes and crashes
I haven't played the game in a long time after serious technical issues many months ago. I thought i would give it another go, and now the game frequently just hangs and freezes, sometimes for 5 mins. I have Radeon RX580; AMD Ryzen 5 1600 Six-Core Processor; but only 8GB RAM. Very difficult to play.
