Chatting with the support team and we found the problem and a solution. Hopefully others will find this helpful.
The problem I have 2 GPUs and AC: Valhalla was running on the wrong GPU.
Solution :
To switch to the dedicated NVIDIA GPU:
1. Open the NVIDIA control panel.
One way to do this is by right-clicking on an empty space on the desktop and selecting NVIDIA control panel.
2. Navigate to 3D settings > Manage 3D settings.
3. Open the Program settings tab and select your game from the dropdown menu.
4. Select Preferred graphics processor for this program from the second dropdown menu. Your NVIDIA GPU should appear as "High-performance NVIDIA processor"
5. Save your changes.

However, I do not have the " Preferred graphics processor " option on my Nvidia Control Panel.
The alternate option i found :
1.Open windows search bar
2.Search for graphics setting
3.Under " Choose an app to set preference " select Desktop App from the drop down menu
4.Click browse, and navigate to the valhalla.exe
5.Select Options, High Performance GPU Nvidia and save.
This solved the crash at warning screen and I am now able to play the game.
Thanks to the support team, hope this helps.

Good day,
It's been a long while since I played AC: Valhalla. With time on my hands I decided to update and play the game.
The issues I faced :
- It crashed on launch ( verify files fixed the issue )
- It crashes ( or quits ) on the " Warning " screen. I can hear Ubisofts logo audio play in the background( still on the " warning " screen ) , a second after the audio is done the AC:V window doesn't respond ( still on the " warning screen " ). It closes the application later. No error code popped up, it just closed AC:V like it normally does when quiting, opened a small window, synced some files and that's is all I notice.
What I tried :
- Verify files
- reinstalling.
- graphics drive and windows are up to date.
Additional info :
- I installed Ubisoft and AC:V on my drive D, since it has the most space.
DXDIAG :
-Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 19044) (19041.vb_release.191206-1406)
-Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
-Graphics Card : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
I need help me, there is an itch to play history.
