@ubi-woofer scincirely there are no new info to pass on bla bla, its the same issue for more than 3 months now. Without this arc quest completed I can't get the necessary supplies to reach lvl 6 settlement thus I am unable to progress the main quest story line. I feel sincirely very bad mosthly with the handling of the communication and the way Ubi choose to handle us players. Honestly a clear sincere statement in the premises of we are well aware of the issue and we expect to have it fixed by <insert date> and iterate the date along the way if more time is needed rather than this.
Honestly if not fixed Ubi games will be a big no no for me, even if provided for free by the PSN store.

@ubiexcellent I experience my bug on PS4. I have free roamed previously to the area and have looted the quest item, without any knoweledge of it at the time. When I followed the quest arc and reached the point that I should loot the item, the item was already in my inventory under the quest items tab. The game wont recognize I have it and does not progress nor displays any objective, as many printscreen here display. I even tried to find the NPC that I would normaly return the item to but nothing happens. Obviously a trigger is not working because the item is already in the inventory.
This is part of the main quest, not being able to finish the main quest line due to a technical issue means that your product does not offer a functional exprerience of what it promised during the sale.
I do realize you are doing your best but not even sharing the next milestone from your side for the issue makes me, a 10 year and 5 games customer, not only negative on repurchasing any of your products but wanting to ask for a refund in this one.
Please do consider an official request and treat it as such.
@ubiexcellent Hello there, is there a roadmap and a time table for the solution of this technical issue that is preventing us from experiencing the advertised experience? It is now more than 2 months that the issue in various forms is communicated to you in this thread from various users.
If not please reply here with a digital and easy way (via email, form etc) where we can petition your company (not the intermediate platform eg. Sony) for a refund.
@ubi-woofer I have provided specific details here previously... Here it goes again. System is PS4. Looted the brooch while free roaming. Played the quest arch afterwards. Reached the milestone where I should loot the brooch. No brooh to loot obviously. Brooch is already in my inventory. System does not recognize that. Quest indicator on screen does not change. Quest does not progress. Event went to the NPC I was supposed to deliver the brooch but obviously is not responding. System/code (or whatever) should recognize that brooch is in inventory even without the trigger action of picking it up....anyways cant finish the game cause settlement cant reach lvl 6...very dissapointed...any recomendations on how to finish the game without finishing this quest arch?
