Hello there... I just completed all river raid quests, champions, fully got all gear, books and clues... There's nothing else to do (but collecting more resources).
The thing is, my lieutenant is still level 4. Can anyone help me here? Should I make more random raids? Or what?

@xbl_laberbacke Well, I finished the anomalies and the video didnt show... Was it supposed to play or theres a specific place or condition I have to go to make it work?
I can watch on youtube, yes, but I wanna know if I did something wrong ingame

@xbl_laberbacke so it can only be triggered ingame if you finish the anomalies before finishing Asgard? Im on pc

I finished the Asgard campaign then collected the 10 anomaly fragments to see the secret Isu ending, but I can't seem to make it work... can someone tell me how to trigger it? Do I need to go to or speak with a specific char? Travel to a certain location? (I tried going to the Asgard throne but it didnt work)
