@ubikobold In a future patch?? I'm lucky enough to have encountered this bug only 2 weeks ago... but some player have been stuck since almost 2 months.... seriously !! I know you are only a CM... but for real, Ubisoft used to be a good company that cared about putting out good games.... now they only cares about the money.

Just delay the first DLC and put more dev to fix the extensive game-breaking bug issue.

@duskdragon56496 I guess you don't know what a Paywall is. So let me lighten you on that. A paywall is when the progression gets really tidius or in some cases impossible (often seen in free 2 play mobile game) and you have to spend money to get further.

Yes it's frustrating they sell XP Boost, or better weapon or anything... But I have spent 100hrs in that game without even looking at the goddamn store.

Assassin's creed is not a pay 2 win game, it doesn't have a paywall, you are not forced to buy the xp boost or any other content on the store.

Don't get me wrong, the game is far from being perfect... I have encountered more game breaking bug in it than I did in Cyberpunk 2077. The story is lacking. It's the same old engine as AC:Origin.

But it doesn't have a paywall.

@zetyk1 Pretty much, because once they got your money they just don't care about you.

I encountered a game-breaking bug with a quest, that simply prevents me from going forward (so I can't complete the game). After a quick google search, some people have the same bug as me since nov 16th 2020 and it's still not fixed. It means that some people have been waiting for almost 2 months to finaly complete the game, and they simply can't.

Yep that's Ubisoft. The suits above doesn't care about putting out a good game, they are just thinking about milking a reknown franchise until people are tired to get scammed and stops buying. Then they will release the next cool IP

@thefrozencreed They, yet again, updated the known-bug megathread yesterday, and it seems to be a massive edit. But I still don't see "Plucking the quill" in here. I know it doesn't mean it's not being investigated... but for a game-breaking bug that its here since the game release... it's really worrying that they don't acknowledge it.

I'm literaly using the same armor from the start (Raven Set). Lol. My complains about the game isnt in the lack of gear (since there are many). It's in the game breaking bug that exists since the release and Ubisoft not Patching them

@thefrozencreed Yeah, I saw that it's not in their "known-bugs" list. I really hope they do fix it in the next patch... in the meantimes i'm grinding the treasure and side stuff...

I know there are other thread about this issue. But I decided to open a new one so Ubisoft can see this and fix the bug.

like many others I have 100hours + in the game and I am now stuck at the objective "Speak with the girl" during the mission "Plucking the quill". As all the other that has the issue, I also chose the Charisma option before when the 2 other comes to yell at the kids. I have put 4 or 5 hours in the game after that cause I thought by going away and coming back it would fix the issue.. welp nop.

Seriously Ubisoft... you used to put out really good game and patch them rapidly... Some people have this issue since nov 20th. Why isn't it fixed yet ? Please fix so the bunch of us can finish the game.
