Same problem here. Bought the key with Samsung SSD, received the "Click on Games in the upper left corner of the client and then click on Assassin's Creed Valhalla" mail right after midnight, yet the game is still (7 hours later) nowhere to be found.

I am curious if there's anybody that actually received Valhalla after redeeming the code.
