

@pepaminecraft Jo, tak s tímhle mám zkušenost. Když jsem kód od Samsungu redeemnul 17. října, řekla mi stránka, že mi přijde mail s redeem instrukcemi. 18. jsem psal na podporu, že mi nic nepřišlo. Naposílal jsem screeny, fakturu z alzy a všechno, prý to bude eskalovat. 20. jsem psal, že se mi nikdo neozval. 22. jsem psal znovu že se nikdo neozval, to už mi ani nikdo nereagoval... no a včera, po bezmála třech týdnech, jsem to nevydržel a napsal jim, že ta jejich podpora "really sucks". Po půlnoci mi přišel po měsíci mail, že si to teda můžu preloadnout, že už to mám v knihovně a nikde nic

Well I´ve got experienced their support really well. When I´ve redeemed the code on 17th October, there was written on the site, that I´m going to recieve a mail with a key and redemption instructions. On 18th October I´ve contacted support via Facebook (there was no other option for Czechia), that I didn´t recieve any mail with key and redemption instructions. I´ve sent him screenshots and the bill from retailer as well and he told me, that he will escalate this issue to upper level. I wrote that guy another message on 20th October, that nobody contacted me yet. He said someone will contact me shortly. On 22nd I´ve sent another message, without any response nor reaction. So yesterday I was pretty [censored] by the situation and wrote that facebook guy, that their support is worth nothing and that it really sucks (was waiting three weeks for null response). Today, after midnight, I´ve finally recieved this e-mail that I´ve waited for almost a month. This e-mail told me, that the product is ready in my library and I can simply preload the game. Until now, there is no AC Valhalla in my library present. I´m really sick out of this situation I wonder how the hell such thing can happen. I´ve wasted too much time solving this noobish issue...
