Dear Ubisoft,
I've been playing Assassin's Creed: Valhalla on PS4 Pro for almost a week now and today, during the Mysterious Berserker Quest while I was in East Anglia, my game crashed. Upon restarting the game and loading the latest autosave-file or any of my manual save files of today, the game respawns me in Ravensthorpe for some reason, while I definitely wasn't there. But most important of all, my character is not responding to controller actions and the world textures don't seem to load and after a few seconds my character falls through the ground in nothingness and dies. Whenever I reload any save of today the same thing happens and I can't play. More than a day's progress is gone, because I'm unable to reload the game from where I was when it crashed.
The only save file that does not have this problem dates back to more than 12 hours worth of progress I made and I'm not willing to go back and do it all over again.
I've restarted my PS4 Pro several times, tried different save files (somehow there are auto and manual saves of specific quest-saves appearing that I definitely didn't make and all of them create the same problem of being stuck in the world and falling through the earth.
A major bug in my opinion, that makes it unable for me to play the game again. I've copied the save files, I made a video and have screenshots of this problem if needed.
The chat didn't work and somehow I'm unable to send a direct message to support also, so hopefully here somebody can help me start again where I left off.
