Can you disable your helix add-ons? I remember buying the complete map pack for AssassinsCreed Valhalla and I regret it. Is there ways you can disable that or hide them from your Maps?

So I recently purchased the show every armor, hide outs, pages etc for the game with helix coins and basically regretted it and made the game useless. I deleted my saved data and started over (I was just getting into England so not far in the game) started over and the add one came back. So I uninstalled the game and thinking if I download it again it should get rid of those ads ons etc right? I would like to hear some advices and maybe some help from you guys. Thank you.
