Amigo Challenge Progress Lost After Ubisoft Connect Update

The progress of the Ultimate Edition amigo trials (K-9000 and Champagne) disappeared after the Ubisoft Connect update. After launching the game, all the content disappeared, later, after restarting Ubisoft Connect, everything returned, but the progress of the amigo was gone. It's unpleasant to see this in a game purchased at full price. Will this be the case with every Ubisoft Connect update?
