Recently I have had trouble with this code I was given by EB Games after purchasing the ultimate edition of Assassin's creed Valhalla, the code was given to me so I could get the Berserker quest and enter the code into the website (https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-valhalla/en-US).: (https://redeem.ubisoft.com/assassins-creed-valhalla/en-US).) However, when entering the code and login into my account, it said "You do not meet the requirements to access this content" so I called up Eb Games but they did not know what to do so I was hoping I could get an idea on what to do now.

Please help me out!
