This is more of a heads-up than anything. I use Stardock Multiplicity, which is a software KVM to allow seamless control from my PC to my work laptop. For most games this is never an issue. Keyboard and Mouse are local to the gaming PC. However, when playing Far Cry 6 this can lead to circumstances where the software believes the mouse has passed off the side of the screen, and now control the laptop. At this point Far Cry 6 appears to be unresponsive, when in fact all the control input is now being processed by the laptop instead of the PC where the game is running. The solution is to deactivate Multiplicity while playing. This was a little tricky to troubleshoot at first because the laptop monitor is not visible during gaming for reasons that would complicate this post unnecessarily. (I'm also running a dual input super-widescreen monitor as a HW KVM if you must know, and during gaming the PC is fullscreen.)
It would be nice if Far Cry did something to constrain the OS mouse pointer in the background, since the OS mouse pointer is not in use during the game.
