

@r1chyb I also tried DDU and downgraded my drivers to 457.09. Still no luck. Is The SSD you moved your files to your system drive?
No, game was installed on a non system HDD initially and moved to a non system SSD. Ubi Connect is the only item installed on a system HDD.
@r1chyb I have managed to fix my issue today.
Installed a utility tool called DDU which gave me a fresh install of my nVidia graphics drivers and then moved my full game install folder after speaking to Ubisoft to an SSD from a HDD and the game has launched and is working.
This was all done after following all troubleshooting i.e. a fresh install of the Ubisoft Connect software too.
@crazydonkey88 thanks, live support have moved it to an email ticket and I have stated that a refund will be the outcome if it is not fixed within a reasonable time.
I have the same issue, game will not launch on PC at all, followed all guidance and additional support posted in here and still no luck.
Will raise a ticket with Ubi, first game I've had on PC from Ubi that simply wont launch.
