I finally found the culprit preventing me from using the skill. I have both levels but it has always been greyed out. Same with using the bird as harasser. I found that it is the Tobii tracker setting called "Aim at gaze" that is the problem. Im guessing that the setting is not synced with the device calibration.
If you dont have Tobii make sure its disabled under third party settings. If you have a Tobii, disable "aim at gaze" setting.
I hope they take a look at it and fix the problem as i like using the eyetracker.
