Hi everyone, On the PS5 version I purchased the Physical Ultimate Edition and activated all the codes (which appeared to work), it turns out that although the pre-order berserker mission has successfully downloaded the Berserker pack/Ultimate pack content has not and the store has marked it as unavailable (The error message states i own a conflicting product, I have Assassin's Creed Valhalla - Ultimate Edition Entitlement PS5 but to receive the pack it needs to be Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Ultimate Edition) . I have spent around 8 weeks working with the support team to try to resolve the issue but they ran out of suggestions and told me to keep an eye on the forum here. I couldn't see the issue listed in the mega-threads, so I decided it might be worth making a thread to remind them the issue exists. This is something which effectively cost money and hasn't been delivered. Is anyone else still experiencing this issue?
