I have the same issue after visiting outside of the quest and accessing the room then. Now the shelf wont move. Ive been stuck for 3 days now, hope they hurry, this is stopping all forward progress in the main quest line.

@ubi-spud None of the fixes listed here, including clipping through the shelf work for me. I have had a ticket in play for three days now. Please resolve this issue asap.

@methos759 The fixes are not working for me on PC. I can glitch into the shelf, but it bumps me back out into the room before the self instead of into the room with the body.
