I reinstalled division 2 today in anticipation of the new future additions. It crashed twice for me so far in a very short time and I just got bummed out and decided to watch television instead.
The system is pretty involved and requires a lot of work. It would be nice if the payoff was more interactive for buildcrafting instead of just a single stat increase.
Like each proficiency point gives a skill point for a skill tree for that armour type or weapon type. So if you get 10 expertise points for LMG you get a little LMG tree to put those 10 points into. Damage could be one node on the tree, but there would be movement speed while aiming an LMG, resistance to flinch while aiming an LMG, weapon swap speed to/from LMGs, etc.
Maybe someday the system can be evolved to be more interesting like that.
The game randomly minimizes to a small window and freezes. All I was doing was navigating tutorial menu.
@latenitedelight You were right to suggest it. I hope it comes true some day! Maybe it just takes time.

I saw that feedback was asked for, but I didn't know where to put it. Do I use twitter, reddit, this forum. I am not sure if there is a best way to do it!

Another thread with everyone agreeing this is a problem with the game that has gone on far too long. And another lost customer from the looks of it.
That was me. I haven't played since then.
