Hi, i started a new game after completing the whole story line including the dlc's. But now i am back in ireland and the trading posts are allready marked completed so now i cant unlock them. Can you help me fix it??

Im trying to complete the pilgrimage to St.Albanese mission where i have to speak to sigurd. Sigurd is nowhere and doesnt appear in game.. i had a simmilar problem where i couldnt progress in the game and had to start all over. I dont like doing it again so please HELP.
