@ubi-woofer Thank you so much for the update. But at this point, honestly I've lost interest.
It doesn't help that we only hear from you about every 7 days. I understand you and the devs are very busy, but I like others expected a great level of urgency for such a HUGE GAME BREAKING bug. This bug literally breaks the story.
It makes no sense that it's taken this long to fix and reply to frustrated (and rightfully so) customers. I've bought almost every Assassins CREED game but this may just be my last. This game is incredibly buggy and while I appreciate the effort in creating something so grand and ambitious, you guys intentionally put out a broken product.
It's really a shame because this could very easily have been one of the best if not the best games of the year. At this point I think I will just wait for Cyberpunk 2077 next week and drop this game for good. I can't invest another 40 hours into this knowing there's a bug like this. Especially since we have absolutely no ETA on when this will be fixed or zero feedback from the devs in 2 weeks.
It's not your fault and I truly appreciate you responding to me and the rest of us here but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't extremely disappointed in both this game and how this bug has been handled bu Ubisoft. And the worst part is that there's probably thousands if not millions of people playing this game right now not knowing this huge bug exists.
@shyam3010 My point EXACTLY! It's so disappointing. How ironic is it that the quest that causes this bug that hasn't been fixed for weeks is titled "Taken for Granted." That's exactly how many of us loyal Assassin Creed fans feel.
@ubi-woofer please do you have an update on this? Many of us have had to stay away from playing the game for days because of this bug. It would be nice to get some additional feedback and hopefully a timeline as to when this is expected to be fixed. Being silent on a bug this massive isn't very encouraging. Thanks so much.
@Ubi-Woofer can you or someone else at Ubisoft tell us what's going on with this. We understand that fixes can take time but being silent, providing no feedback and not responding to your customers in a timely manner is really terrible.
@lady_karleya I hope so too! I've actually stopped playing the game for about 4 days now just becuase of the bug. It's so infuriating that someone from Ubi isn't giving any update (or at least hasn't given one since about a week ago) on such a huge bug.

@anmixx Oh I see. So @Valenkeit was just referring to the Assassination/Hidden Ones Bureau quests? That makes more sense. So I guess his point is that even with the bug, after you select "Not the right time" all you have to do is complete the Assissinations 100% and after the blacksmith wedding the choice comes back? And do you also have to had completed the return to Norway missions as well?
@valenkeit When you say beat EVERYTHING do you mean complete the entire story PLUS ALL other side missions? Essentially trying to attain 100% completion of the game before romancing Randvi? Seems like an overkill to me but I may be wrong. @Ubi-Woofer has already confirmed there's a bug and things aren't working the way they should. So I'm little wary at the thought I'd have to 100% the game to unlock a romance.
@ubi-woofer First of all, thank you so much for updating us. I understand that you didn't have any info to share so there was really nothing to say, however I think most of us would still appreciate a check in from you even if it's just to inform us that you're still waiting for more info. Sometimes when we hear nothing for a week it feels like no one actually cares about a bug this huge. If it was something that was minor I understand, but a lot of us have had to stop playing the game we love so much for a week+ becuase this is a HUGE, story breaking bug. I hope the developers understand this and work on something very soon becuase some of us can't play until then (unless we choose a narrative we'd rather not).
Or (and this could be VERY crucial) can you confirm from the devs that even though the "Taken for granted" quest disappears from the completed quest and the option to talk to Randvi about SPOILER the romance option is missing we can still keep playing and the next patch would add the quest back to completed quest list and bring back the option to romance her retrospectively? This would REALLY help as it would allows some of us to continue the game while the patch is being worked on.
Thanks
Does anyone know how we can get the attention of the Admins? @Ubi-Woofer who set up this thread doesn't seem to care as he's ignored all our messages since last week. This is so ridiculous. How they can ignore such a MAJOR, story breaking, bug like this is beyond imagination. It's really unacceptable.

I should also add that this issue is happening for me on PS5. It seems it's happening on ALL platforms.
