I have an XBox One X. When I play Far Cry 5 arcade after about 5 - 10 minutes playing a map I receive an error saying that “The Far Cry 5 service is not available. Please try again later”. The error code is shown as snowshoe-C3CE2543. This is a persistent error which has been occurring for about seven days.

I have checked all XBox diagnostics and everything reports as correct. My Internet connection has no latency problems. I have changed the batteries in the controller as this was suggested in an Internet post. This has made no difference.
