

I filed a ticket with Ubisoft and got the usual runaround BS answer “we’re looking into it blah blah blah blah.” How about two months to fix a bug that pretty much screws us from progressing any further in the game? I’d think that’s pretty serious eh? The sad thing is I’m loving the game so much and I really want to play more!
@esmeralda1458 Maybe a class action lawsuit is needed like the one that’s filed against the makers of Cyberpunk 2077?
Seriously three months and we still can’t finish the game because of these bugs? What will this take for us to get this matter resolved? A class action suit?
@ubi-woofer there’s also a thing called a “hot-fix.” I’ve seen game companies implement them all of the time to fix bugs. Maybe you can pass that along and they can do this so we can enjoy the product that we PAID FOR.

I’m literally opening a new ticket complaining about the quest being bugged as soon as they close my old ticket out. I don’t care if I annoy them to death! Maybe they will eventually get the hint...

@poisonakuto I can see if this were a cosmetic issue or something small... But this bug is seriously gamebreaking! What part of WE CAN’T PROGRESS ANY FURTHER don’t they understand?!? I’m seriously enjoying this game more than the other AC ones and this is do disheartening...
@stormeaglevt that’s my feeling exactly... this bug takes the excitement away from you. I just want to be able to enjoy the game as a WHOLE. The sad part is there is absolutely no communication. When we do hear something it’s the usual “the devs are aware and investigating yada yada yada” nonsense...
@ubi-woofer I don’t mean to attack you personally. You are the representative of the company who has unfortunately put out a defective product. We, in good faith trust that Ubisoft will put out a great game that we can enjoy and especially complete.
For me it is VERY frustrating and infuriating that I can’t progress (as I’ve stated) any further in story. I would like to complete this game and see how it ends. I do like the AC games and have played many, if not most (see my account history).
Imagine buying a new Lexus from a dealer and only being able to drive it 15,000 miles and then it stops. The car is the latest model with the newest features yet you’re told “Our mechanics are still trying to figure out why you can’t drive it. You can’t buy groceries or go out anywhere so please be patient.” What would you do? You’d be livid and demand the car be fixed!
Now put yourself in our shoes. We’ve gone over 100 days with no resolution. We’ve seen content added, patches, etc. You can see why many of us get upset on the forums... I personally do thank you for putting up with all of us on here but please push for a fix to this issue. For our sanity!
@ubi-mercury everything is up to date. It seemed like the missions disappeared after I completed the artifacts quests. All that I have visible are the “404” missions. There never were any cutscenes or anything (not sure if there are supposed to be). I don’t have her in my roster.
I own the season pass, completed the missions, but I was never given any way to play as Darcy. I checked my operatives and she definitively is NOT there. I restarted my PS5 many times, and now I'm uninstalling/reinstalling to see if that works.

@magaswagnar I’ve even asked a Voodoo Priest to put a hex on the developers until they get their [censored] moving on this. So far nothing...
