I was banned for cheating a few months ago when i literally never cheated on this game, i have a 4 year old account and i wouldnt throw it away for no reason. Everytime i make a support ticket asking why i was banned and if they can show me a clip of me cheating so i can explain it, they just say they cant give any information regarding a perm ban, this is stupid. I want my account back. I did nothing wrong and i would like an explanation.

@getdunkedon this happened to me too, idk if i was hacked or something but i have never cheated and ubisoft wont respond to my support tickets
