Hey! i downloaded the latest patch and booted up the game. Everything was fine until i tried to fast travel to the settlement, the loading took forever and when it was done i was at my original location where i fast traveled FROM and i couldn't move, use raven or call my mount.
Then I rebooted the game and i could move again, but still couldn't use raven but could however call my mount.
I played for a while and then tried fast traveling again, after the loading screen every building was gone and the surroundings were poorly rendered.

I have talked to people that are experiencing the same kind of issues currently.
