For me the biggest What The Heck! moment was after killing Katya Maksimova in the final Boss fight, a bitter Haruhi Ito gets all up in your face for not bringing Maksimova in alive for a show trial. Haruhi's reasoning being, she and the outcast will get blamed for something they are victorious in ending. The militant techno-tyranny on Aroura.

Please Ubisoft, what is with the [broken] scopes attached to sniper rifles since Operation Motherland dropped???
Scopes are jumping like jelly beans!
Fix the "jelly bean" scope hop after each round fired. Scopes don't function like that. It's breaking the game.

Helicopter parking can be a bit hit or miss....
Smokey thick mist was great cover for infiltration.
The SR-3M ASR is a short range weapon. You need to be in close. The weapon is very accurate with little recoil and hits hard, but you need to be in close. Its 900rpm medium to long range shot spread is atrocious.
One of the advantages of dealing with Bodark heavies is they all carry SR-3M's and can't hit [censored] if you engage them from a distance with an ASR that does have decent range.

Get up at O'Dark'30 and have your killing done by breakfast, and you too can enjoy mornings like this.
Often times it's a matter of being patient, the adjective, or ending up as the patient. the noun.
Just want to thank everyone for replying and their helpful comments.

So quite a while ago I left a query about the attachments list not functioning properly for the MK14 assault/Brown. I have been away from the game for some time focusing on another Ubisoft game with its own "fix" challenges, yet I'm surprised to say the least that the MK14 assault /Brown as of today remains broken. Come on, man! You couldn't manage that much!! That is so disappointing. It's not like I'm the only player who mentioned it, I'm sure.

@ubi-froggard - Thanks for the feedback but, no. It doesn't help. I've tried that too. Out of habit I initially launch all software as administrator just in hopes of waylaying any like issues.

Since the last update starting Division 2 from the desktop icon has become something of hit or miss. It can now take me three or four tries before the game launches.
It will get as far as loading Easy Cheat and then fail. I have to double click the icon a couple of more times and/or restart my computer and go through the whole process again a couple of times.
I've resent the icon from the game files to the desktop. I've reloaded the game. I've reloaded Ubisoft Connect. I've optimized my drive. Can't figure it out.
Anyone else having this issue?

I would like to be able travel between Washington and NYC without having to defeat Aaron Keener. I don't understand why that is a condition.
I play solo and unfortunately, I haven't the game skills to defeat Keener alone. Every time I get to the last weak spot on the rocket, I'm out of armor kits, the countdown is almost through, and I'm easily killed.
The same thing happens to me when I tried the Kenly College Library. I'd get to the last boss and be weak, unable to heal, have very little ammo left, and soon killed.
So, after half a dozen tries, I never went back. Same now for NYC DLC. I'm sure it is all my own fault, and I am 64, and I don't think Ubisoft is creating for my age group, but it does limit the use of my investment. What I've found on the internet is fellow gamers advising that these areas can be accomplished alone but, are better attacked with a group.
If anyone wants to offer some game secrets for accomplishing these areas, selected weapons, tech skills, etc., I'm all ears.

Here's a real mind buster. Can anyone tell me why the crafting bench is designed to break the player's accumulated resources before ever creating a weapon that is at the same level as the players gear score?
First weapon choice took me 14 attempts to get a weapon created that was 500GS.
Second attempt, second choice, crafting bench broke me resource wise. Created 15 weapons below 500.
Now tell me, what the (expletive) value is the bench?

@tusewen Did you update from Window or is this a new machine?
I had a similar issue updating to Win11. If you updated from windows 10, the updating process kicks out DirectX and you need to run Ubi's game file integrity check for Division 2.
Once done, even when it says 'all good', reboot. Then open Ubi-connect. It should download new DirectX files for the game. This worked for me.

@echolecter - Ya, I'm pretty bored with wasting ammo on roaming elites who only drop purple colored crap. The mission drops are bad too. I'll get high-end, but 20-40 points lower to what I'm wearing. Same goes for that so called targeted gear off of roaming Tusk soldiers. All sub 500.
I've got a couple of things at GS515 and still looking. I've got it figured that I'll need to do more contract hits for the others. I want to finish the Wired Gear collection but, I sure don't want to make them given the state of my crafting bench. I did a test on the Wired Mask for a build and got handed GS458. And I had a gear score at that time of 503. I then did a test for making one of the blueprints and it took eight costly attempts to get a backpack with a GS of 500. Not cool Ubisoft. Not cool at all.

This has probably been asked a thousand times but... does [in your experience] gear quit scaling once you've reached world tier 5 and gear score 500?
I ask because I'm 506 total and all the gear I find or have dropped is 450-480 and 465 seems to be very common since tier 5.
Every now and then I get a weapon that will drop with a 490 score but nothing greater, EVER!
So... I was wondering if it's futile to go on hoping for 500+ gear to drop?
I put this here as a question for players and not for Ubisoft because the issue is that a couple of gaming mags have said that Ubisoft told them that gear scales in world tier 5 and that has not been my experience so far.
P.S. If anyone knows where to find a P416 G3/GS500(+)?
