Hello, I'm supposed to accompany the tank Karlito in front of the fortress of Admiral Benitez in the mission "Harpoon", which I would like to do, but unfortunately he seems stuck between 2 posts in a gate.

Because I'm exactly at the marked spot, the mission description tells me "Accompany Karlito" and I can do whatever I want, he doesn't move on! No matter where I am, even on the tank, absolutely nothing happens.
It is fully repaired and according to all the WalkThrough videos, it is supposed to keep going - but it doesn't with me.
