No, the Hunnish is flawless (blue) to the max and the Arc of Elan is Red to the max but when i go to upgrade both of them they go up exactly the same.

Hello everyone,
I am having a issue where my Arc of Elan bow rating is exactly the same as my Hunnish bow rating.
Does anyone have this same bug or issue or is it meant to be like that?
