Anyone experienced this problem???

P.s. idk if this matter but his say version 1.21 while mine says version 1.35.

1 of my cousins and I are having issues joining each other matches via invite & the Join Group option is grayed out.

Everyone else is able to join my game via both aforementioned ways. However this one particular cousin can't.

Furthermore it shows via the The Division 2 in game friends list that each of us is offline Status Unavailable on each person screen.

I had him video call me and his Options layout is even different from mine.

For example, mine says Ubisoft Connect" lower left corner. His say Ubisoft Group amongst other things

Hey.
My cousin who has the PS4 version of The Division 2(TD2) decided to play it on his PS5 with us yesterday.

So I sent out the invite to him and another player who is playing on their PS4. Now they both received the invite, but on the player playing it on the PS4 was able to join the game. I even tried to get my cousin to send me an invite but he said the Social tab didn't come up on his side.

In addition, prior to us getting the ps5, we both completed TD2 on our PS4 together. Now that he's playing on his PS5, he said his rank is showing for 4 but on my In game friends list under the Social tab, it shows his rank at 30.


Need help inviting him to game as well as getting his actual rank with his character.

Just to add, I'm playing TD2 on my PS4.
