Spent real money and seems I haven't received it on my account £39.99 plus buying a game isn't just pennies to throw away ! I've spoken to ubisoft support and no one is replying back to me and it's been a days ! Becoming a joke and very annoying... I've given evidence that it's my account and also given files with proof of payments , UNLINK MY ACCOUNT SO I CAN RELINK MY NEW ACCOUNT ! I DONT NOY OLD DETAILS AND THE EMAIL YOU HAVE TOLD ME THAT IS LINKED IVE NEVER HEARD OF IT !!! MY CREDIT DETAILS ARE ON THEIR ! you asked for proof and I gave you it someone reply !

@seager070990, still heard nothing back from ubisoft support this is a joke! I just want to unlink an old xbox account so that I can put my new one to it. I can't access the email as I've lost the information for this. I've sat on the phone to outlook and they helped with nothing... I've spent real life money and now this is becoming a problem, please help me someone or give me a refund on my purchase. I've paid for nothing and it's starting to put me off the game as I cannot continue with missions
Can't unlink my ubisoft account from old email as it does not exist anymore due to issues with hacking problems.... Made a new email I've been using for a long time and won't let me link my new account to ubisoft and lost real life money on helix coins I haven't received have made a ticket still no response or help. Not happy.... Can somebody please help me so I can get full experience of assains creed valhalla
