

POSSIBLE FIX:
I tried this because I've tried everything else but,
I installed to HDD instead of SSD and it fixed the problem
Neither Windows or Ubisoft Connect are on my HDD, it is basically my trash drive.
Funny how specs recommend to use SSD. Irony huh...
Reinstalled the Ubisoft connect to same drive, then reinstalled valhalla.
No change in issue.
Completed the general troubleshooting; no change in issue.
Tried to file a "get in touch" form. The ONLY option is to use chat and it says "chat unavailable, please use another contact method"
So still stuck in splash screen.
@ubikoality I am unable to send support request as the send button is always greyed out. As in not available at this time. Whatever it means
Well I finally fixed it. The fault is in Windows storage devices.
Basically I formatted the SSD drive.
Then removed the drive from windows storage reserve.
Then reformatted it using 3rd party tool.
And now it works.

@uncle_sneep I know what you mean. Even if I found possible solution I'm formatting my SSD to see if it helps
EDIT: Formating or reinstallind SSD did not fix the problem

I have problem with being stuck on splash screen.
Now I know I've been fighting with this issue for the last 17 hours. I've tried every single possible loophole fix there have been said.
Well I haven't tried to reinstall my whole computer as Valhalla can't fit in same drive with my windows.
But mostly I'm saddened about the not caring attitude from Ubisoft. It would seem like there is no issue unless reading the random forum posts about it.
No flag has been set as if it's a known issue. Is this just my imagination?
Also there is no way I can make a ticket to support as it is for some reason unavailable.
So here I sit with my software without any official support about how to proceed from here. I feel scammed.
