@xaveid looks like the system has a 10 hour delay, i see a lot of posts here of people getting their game in the library 10 hours after purchase.

This is why i have a love-hate relationship with Ubisoft. I generally like their games but their support sucks, last week i waited 8 freaking days to get a reply for a simple refund for Watch Dogs Legion. It is 00:14 and still no game in my library. I got suckered again going the official route of buying a product instead of a 3rd party website that gives keys instantly...

@darkerikviper Ubisoft isn't the quickest when it comes to replying. Last week i refunded Watch Dogs Legion and it took Ubisoft 8 days to reply.

Purchased the game a hour ago, got an e-mail confirmation but the game isn't showing up in my library. Nice to have a pre-load option but...
