so, after doing a lot of searching on the internet I read someone saying that they sort of fix the audio issue.
like me they play on 4k modern tv with HDMI cable. to get sound working on Ubisoft games, run the game if there is no sound then unplug you cable from TV and re-plug it in and the sound works. It works.
which is ridiculous when as I have said before that I have numerous games by different companies and there are no issues.
@ravzir
its not just Origins, for me its also Odyssey and Immortals Fenyx rising that has no audio. Assassin's creed Valhalla works fine though.
I have upgraded to Windows 11. All my 30 odd other games work fine.
I tried Ubisoft support but if you don't have Facebook or Twitter then you can't do anything as the support page does not work.
Shame really as it puts me off buying another Ubisoft game
so been running this game fine then a few days ago when I launch the game it will go into a small screen in the top left hand corner. I have to wait until the game loads, then go to option screen to change it to something like borderless windows and press apply. then when it ask me I'm I sure I press no and then it goes back to proper fullscreen. Anyway then I press continue game and then I get this,
"Error
you have been signed out of Ubisoft connect or Ubisoft Connect has stopped running. The game will close to prevent any loss of functionality.

So I tried assassin's creed odyssey which I brought on steam that works fine even thought when you launch it, it still plays through Ubisoft Launcher.
anyone else having this issue?
sorry if this has been posted before
