< Picture of what happens

So far in my save I've upgraded/unlocked every building for feasts and haven't held one yet I don't know if this contributes to the bug happening
When I hold my feast and ring the bell all the settlements NPC's teleport (Some duplicate) to the bell. Once this happens, everything is frozen including myself; the only option is to press ESC and back out to title menu, exit the game, or access game options.

I checked to see if this was already reported I couldn't find anything I might have missed it though
