I did some research and can provide an Excel file with the list of items I have and don't have anymore. I added the Excel file to the support case I created when met the issue for the first time. Here's the link to the support case: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Cases/16964925
Also, I described there the newest behavior I experienced with the bug: after the purchase of the Destiny 2 crossover packs, 8 more items disappeared from my inventory. 4 of them were from the purchased packs directly.
Also, I added there the screenshot with current version of the game client.

The issue is not resolved in patch 1.6.2
I have missing 20 armors, at least 3 weapons, more than 10 tattoos, 15+ decorations for settlement, 10+ decorations for ship, at least 1 mount, and at least 4 raven skins.
Some of the missing items are present as offers in store, but when I try to buy it, the 'Maximum items reached' error appears.

I tried everything: different browsers, cache clearing, different devices - no success.

I updated the case you've created, by adding the video and brief description of the currently missing items and its behavior.

@Ubi-Auron but I created a ticket, and the agent unlocked it for me, as was requested.
Recently I discovered that some of my purchased items were disappeared from Inventory:
All these items were purchased from the Helix Store, and disappeared somewhere after the last title update (1.6.0)
The Store proposes these items to me to purchase again, but when I try to do that, the helix amount doesn't decrease, items shown as added to the account in-game, but don't appear in Inventory
@Ubi-Peach I created a ticket to support, and agent told me that they can't do anything with it, except the fact that the issue is under investigation
