Can confirm, multiple new saves with 2, 3, and 4 person games (3+ hours). All DLC excluding Anarchist. I would say 90% of the time (after someone has reached the new world) if a player makes a large sale, a milestone is achieved, a new session is activated, or a large blueprint is dropped it will desync. This did not happen for us until seeds of change. It is still playable as we have reloaded, but it is frustrating as it seems to be progressively worse the more the game continues.
