Just wanted to know how long it takes to have your xbox account unlinked or case looked at?

I was gifted an xbox game for my birthday and was finally able to find time to play it. I try to log in, and it says my xbox account is wrong. I needed to make a new one for the new consoles but now I can't play any of my Ubisoft games because it's the wrong account?

I don't get much time to play games these days, but the one time I try to your silly system has stopped me. I can't even call or talk to support to get this issue fixed anytime soon.
