Not working for me either. Playing on PC. My latest save is synced to the cloud.
I loaded an old save to see what would happen. The festival is a repeat of last year's festival. Cutscenes and quests are the same. The festival contests are the same (archery, drinking, and brawling). The festival store has the same armor as last year. A new hunter bow replaces the dagger and shield from last year. There is one new hair style in four colors, and a matching new beard style. There are seven settlement cosmetic items available, but only two are new. That's it.
@ghostagent14 My pet fox is stuck in a cow pen at the settlement's cattle farm with a couple of cows and burrows. They keep spooking each other. What a fuster cluck that is.
Sadly, its only getting worse, so we might as well make the best of these games while we can. Axios posted a report a few days ago describing how people are leaving Ubisoft in droves. The report stated they had to look for outside help to solve an issue with a game because there was no one left at the company that knew the system. Search for Axios Ubisoft exodus if you want to read the report.
All player jomsvikings start at rank 1. You have to take them on river raids to rank them up, just like your personal jomsviking. The more experience they get, the higher they will progress.
The easier way to get higher ranked jomsvikings is to ring the bell on the side of the hall. This should refresh the available jomsvikings with game-generated ones with higher ranks, depending on the hall's upgrade level.
Edit: Disregard the first statement.
Yes, the Yule Festival is working now on PC. It will be available for 21 days. The two search and recover quests worked without any issues. As noted before, the festival shop offers the same armor set as last year, a new bow, a new beard and hairstyle, and two new settlement cosmetic items.
Unfortunately, the other major bug from patch 1.4.1 - the bugged skill tree - is still not fixed.
Hotfix 188.8.131.52 rolled out today on PC. It fixed the Yule Festival issue, but unfortunately it did not fix the bugged skill tree issue.
Can we get an official update on the status of this?
@azullfr @bielik01 Yes, I believe that is the bugged skill node. I pointed it out in my post of Dec. 20 on this thread. In that post I show a similar image with "Intense Rage" skill assigned, but the "Dagger and Sickle" skill upstream from it apparently unassigned. I noticed it shortly after the update and grabbed the screen shot before doing anything else. If you load a save from just before the update, you should be able to see the same thing. Others in this thread have pointed to that skill node as well, and one indicated that it used to be "Spear and Scythe" before the update. It seems that when Ubisoft changed the skill, they introduced the bug. I was able to determine that the stat boosts from the "Spear and Scythe" were still active and locked after the update. Now, If you select the skill, you will get the stat boosts for "Dagger and Sickle" too.
As I stated before, I believe anyone that had that skill node assigned when the update occurred will have this problem. Anyone that did not have it assigned should be okay. I loaded an old save that did not have it assigned, and when I reset all skills it went to power level 1. That tells me that the skill tree on that save will not require an extra skill point to be completed.
@spirantcrayon22 Actually its 60 new skills - 20 in each branch. Lots of places to spend the extra skill point for anyone that used a workaround to get to power level 476.
This issue does appear to be resolved. Yesterday I had power level 475 with one skill still unassigned in the skill tree and no unspent skill points. Today I had power level 474, with one unspent skill point, and the same skills assigned. When I reset all skills, it went to power level one.
After update 1.5.0, there is no indication in the upper right corner of the screen that XP is being received after each transaction with Azar, only silver. Comparing my XP meter on the Skills menu before and after several trades shows an increase in XP, so apparently we are still getting XP, just no indication.
Actually, you can change your jomsviking. I am not sure of the exact mechanism, though. I did it, quite accidentally. You have to have a save that is before you created your original jomsviking.
I loaded an old save to research something, and repeated the exercise of building the barracks and creating a jomsviking. When I returned to my latest save, nothing had changed. I did this one or two more time with no change. Then, at some point, after repeating this process, I realized that my jomsviking in my latest save had changed. I can't say exactly when or why. Maybe someone recruited my jomsviking while I was playing around in the old save. I have wondered what happened to those that had recruited my original jomsviking. Did that jomsviking change, did it disappear, or did it cause some kind of glitch. Maybe he is still out there, waiting to haunt me like a ghost from jomsvikings past.
As I said, this change was accidental. I did not intend to create a new jomsviking. When nothing changed after the first run on the old save, I assumed the jomsviking was locked in and could not be changed.
To be clear, this process still uses the game's random mechanics for creating a jomsviking. You can't pick and choose features. You can only scroll through randomly generated jomsvikings until you find one you like.

@Ubi-Auron I have not experienced the issue of jomsvikings not using their atgeirs in raids. I have experienced the dropped atgeirs in the jomsviking hall, which was reported here and in the March thread.
@SpirantCrayon22 Add Einherjar and Modern Day to your list of complete armor sets from Reda. You must have taken some vacation and missed a few days.
I have screen shots of all five pieces of the Modern Day set in Reda's Shop. Here is some data from the images.
Modern Day Disguise: Weekly Selection. Image dated 18 Aug 2021 (Week beginning 17 Aug 2021)
Modern Day Armor:

Modern Day Bracers: Daily Selection - Image dated 2 Aug 2021
Modern Day Pants: Weekly Selection - Image dated 10 July 2021 (Week beginning 6 July 2021)
I have screen shots of three of the Einherjar pieces in Reda's Shop. I bought the other two pieces from Reda and have them in my inventory, but failed to get a shot of them in Reda's Shop.

As I gathered this info I realized that 3 pieces of the Modern Day set and one Einherjar piece all appeared in Reda's Shop within one week of each other. That must have been when you were on vacation. Seriously though, were you missing some data, or do you have something else listed for these dates? I also noticed that the Modern Day Armor piece appeared on a Friday one week and was a weekly selection the following week, for a four day turn-around. I asked you just the other day if you had info on cool-down times, and you said the shortest you had seen was six days. I did not know at the time that I had evidence of a shorter cool-down time.
@LV13578 Yes, these are all River Raids quests. You have to complete them in the proper sequence. River Raids starts with "The Saga of Saint George" quest arc. This quest arc consists of seven quests. "The Saga of Lugh" is a quest arc, consisting of 4 quests. It unlocks after completing "The Saga of Saint George" quest arc. "The Ulfberht Sword" is a single quest that unlocks after "The Saga of Lugh". Complete "The Ulfberht Sword" to unlock "Champions of the Faith" quest arc, which includes "England's Protector". So you will have to work your way through 12 River Raids quests to get to "England's Protector".
There are several wikis on the web that can provide more details for all this. Try this one.
@LV13578 I think you are referring to a River Raids quest. "England's Protector" is part of the "Champions of the Faith" quest arc, along with "Ireland's Defender" and "Francia's Anointed". To unlock "Champions of the Faith" you must first complete "The Saga of Lugh" quest arc and The "Ulfberht Sword" quest, then speak to Vagn. I'm not sure about the power level requirement. I think River Raids adjusts to a level a little bit higher than your power level.
@SpirantCrayon22 Great job keeping track of all this. Your spreadsheet must be massive. How many items are on the list now? For repeating items, have you checked for a minimum time between repeats? I wonder if there is a cooldown period before items are added back into the pool.
@clementchong94 If you did not confirm the kill, it's possible that the Muspel boss has respawned and you will have to kill them again. I had a similar experience with AC Origins. I forgot to confirm a kill with one of those roaming bosses. When I returned to the scene of the fight, I found the boss alive and roaming around the region as if nothing had happened. I had to fight them again.
This issue still exists on PC following TU 1.5.3. The names and perk descriptions for the Vernal Bow and the Spear of Renewal are still missing in various menu screens, including player inventory, blacksmith, and jomsviking gear selection. These are the only weapons or armor pieces in my inventory with this issue.
