The Ubisoft servers are still messed up almost a week after launch. I get this error constantly and it is now not allowing for me to buy from Reda’s Shop. I’ve looked across Reddit and it appears I’m not the only one and multiple other people are also having this issue with your servers.

I can recruit Jormsvikings but I can’t buy from the shop. It makes absolutely no sense considering I also bought a ship from the store with Helix credits. Can Ubisoft acknowledge that this is a problem and let us know when there will be a fix?

I’m on PS4 but it seems to be affecting app platforms.

My game crashed earlier today so I got off. I got back on tonight and went to Reda’s shop to check to see if there was still the colorful mount there. I then saw I had 0 opals. I was randomly deducted 96 opals.

I hadn’t spent any up to this point in the game and gave a contract a try. They also didn’t yield any opals.
