@ubi-borealis same copy and pasted respone about how you are not going to take responsibility for your faulty product. Is there someone I can contact that is higher up than you? Who is your boss?
@ubi-borealis so again you give me the same BS response and take no responsibility for making a game that I can not finish because of a technical issue caused by the developers. Where I bought the game from should not matter when its your fault not the fault of the retailer. This sheds a lot of light on how you all do business with people you have been very loyal to your games and brands. I cant even get a credit when I spent $60+ on a game that I cant finish BECAUSE OF YOUR MISTAKES!
@ubi-borealis you know there is no way that Game Stop is going to refund me. This issue is your fault not theirs and you all should be the ones taking care of it.
@ubi-borealis can you just forward this whole tread to the ubisoft return center? Also do you really think that Game Stop is going to issue me a refund on a physical copy of AC when its a development issue? They had nothing to do with the issue. You all are the ones that need to make it right.
