I had the same problem in Greece.Mine cd had the code cusa 15779. I hope they fix it BUT a temporary workarround is to make a russian account and download the ps5 version from this account ,and then log in back to your main one.(when i tryed to delete the account after the download was complete i could not start the game,so i think you have to keep the russian account).

My game has issues with dialogue only audio and subtittles during the first cutscenes.Every other sound is playing ok,just the dialogue.Also a minor problem,at the cutscene at the beach the face of the two characters are like they got painted with silver(i cant explain it better).
Finally i have the same issue that had been reported again during the launch of AC Valhalla and Watch Dogs Legion,where my disc is a ps4 version cant be upgraded to ps5 as its from a different region,although i bought it from a big retail company.
