As I mentioned before I did what @Steven94N has said (more or less) and is works. So I decided to make a short video how I have solved this problem.

I came on my boat to the location, did meditation 3 times, after that I fast travelled to the Colcestre and back to my boat. And she was there.

I have a problem with side mission poetry Aswing. After I have spoken to her she asked me about some money, unfortunately I haven't had enough so I just travelled to somewhere. After I gained some money I back to the place and she in not there anymore. Do you know how I can reset this mission?
Meditation and fast travel don't work.
Pls help I don't want have one side mission uncompleted
