Pc Trouble issuw with Valhalla

I'm having the same problem - i7 9750, GeForce 2070 MaxQ
No issues at all playing Origin and Odyssey -
PC - Can't get through 1st cutscene
Bought the game last night thru Ubisoft Connect. Installed it. Got through all the usual intro screens to game screen. Then the entire game went into super lag. Rebooted laptop, tried the file repair (forget exactly what it's called). Nothing helped. Have had 0 issues playing Origins/Odyssey on this laptop. i7-9750, 10GB, GeForce 2070 max-Q.
