FIX THE HDR on PC

All top tier panels having WASH OUT / bad colors when activating HDR in PC. Nothing can solve this problem. Tv settings, NVCP settings, even the glorious OLED cant make it good like in Xbox Series X. PC HDR IS BROKEN ! Please fix ASAP
